Lets Drive Change


At a time when all the major companies are trying to position themselves aggressively in the market, job opportunities, hiring and layoffs are going side by side. Leaner company structure is the order of the time but what about skill and expertise. Are we looking at big meltdown in terms of employee layoff or is it just a correction.

Lets Drive Change

If some companies or employer are laying off their staff other competitors are making the most of it. Some companies have done it in the past and that surely paves the way for the others to follow. The stigma associated with the layoff has subsided to a large extent and we are looking at layoff or laid off as a brief lull before the next big leap. We are seeing far more acceptance for the Layoff or laid off employees now as compared to past and Layoffhiring has been founded to further percolate this practice into the industry.
We cannot surely stop Layoff but we cannot stop after Layoff or laid off either.


Layoffhiring job portal aim not only at provide hiring solutions to employers (Employment agencies, Job consultants or Recruitment agencies) but also to drive change.
